Note: During winter they migrate from the taiga in the north to find ice free waters in the south.
In the center of the city of Lund this normally shy bird was swiming around looking for food.
This Smew was the only smew in the pond and was bonding with a Common goldeneye couple, the male goldeneye was not over excited over the strange stalker and chased the smew a little now and then.
